Vivian Tejera

Therapy at Edifly Counseling is collaborative and personalized. Sessions may include identifying thought and behavior patterns, building coping and emotional regulation skills, exploring relationship dynamics, processing difficult or traumatic experiences, and clarifying personal values and goals. The goal of therapy is not only symptom relief but also helping clients develop insight, confidence, and sustainable tools that support long-term well-being.

Many adults appear to manage life successfully on the outside while feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally exhausted internally. I specialize in helping adults that are “sick and tired of being sick and tired” better understand patterns that contribute to stress, anxiety, relationship difficulties, and life transitions while building practical tools that support lasting change.
My approach integrates evidence-based therapies including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), interpersonal therapy, trauma-informed care, and EMDR when appropriate. Therapy is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to each client’s goals and experiences.
